I arrived at the centre 10 minutes early to be greeted by the 'receptionist/front of house', after checking me in she showed me to the waiting area and offered to make me a drink. After only a few minutes a lady ( Natalie, i think ) came over to me

The service department was great, Extremely disappointed with the quality of the preparation of the vehicle's. Had the vehicle for less than a year and had to pay over £3000 in repairs cost which the warranty didn't cover. Crazy to myself.

When i dropped the car off for the service the young Lady that I spoke to was very helpfull as I tried to use your key drop off procedure to log my car in. I also spoke to a Lady in the Service Department who walked me through the work to be done.

I waited while my car was serviced. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and offered me coffees. The car was washed for me and the mechanic answered my question about how to charge a battery on an X3. Absolutely faultless service.

Car went in for Air Condition re- gassing, health check revealed 2 further issues. One required a seal, the car was stripped down, the wrong seal was sent so the total time in for service was 27 hours!

We were highly satisfied with the way Stacey performed. We called into the garage on Saturday 17.01.26 as two notifications appeared on the dashboard. Our car was not booked in and we were going away. Stacey managed to get it resolved.
