Bit of a nightmare for both myself and the dealership but Michael and team have worked hard to resolve the issues of rejection and sort me a vehicle, although I am paying considerably more due to a fault on my other new vehicle

No major issues with anything just a couple of minor ones. There was a delay in picking up my vehicle by a couple of days and in the past there has been a couple of gifts for purchasing whereas this time I didn`t even get a key-ring.

Very satisfied. It was a very hot day and, due to lack of public transport, had to walk 45 minutes to get to the garage. I was very tired and the first thing that Stacey did was to get me a cold drink. She showed a very caring attitude.

Because BMW diagnosed my issues and fixed my car within two days. I was told by other garages it'd be 4 weeks wait and 10 day turnaround which was no good for me. Yes you do pay more .but it's better than having other garages guessing the Issues.

Slight misunderstanding on booking with my warranty not showing on the system which was rectified and apologised for. Apparently there's a problem with the system. Stacey was very helpful and gave regular updates.
