During the Purchase stage our sales adviser Craig gave us exactly what we wanted.At delivery stage unfortunately we had to wait several hours at the centre because the bmw system was down no fault of the centre however they made us very comfortable!

We were warmly greeted by Luke Dixon, we discussed what we were looking for, Luke listened and made some suggestions, not once did we feel pressured. We had a test drive in the new 1 series and we were very impressed and placed the order.

Didn't like the in store screen based log in system. I simply wanted to hand over my keys to the assistant. However I was asked to go through an unnecessary and convoluted check in procedure during which BMW were trying to sell me other services.

The software upgrade was very slow, I was informed on arrival it would take a full day. This information was not given to me in advance, the update then took overnight due to slow WiFi. But I was well informed and my car was delivered back to me
