The vehicle health check highlighted issues in red that are not necessarily red like the air conditioning decontamination. If an item is advised, make it yellow, not a red as an immediate warning.

I was sold an Approved used BMW with the 2 n/s tyres on it not BMW star rated. They were budget tyres. All tyres measured NSF 6mm NSR 8mm OSF 5mm OSR 5mm The vehicle shuddered at 72mph. I was told the tyres did not need to be 5* rated

Took my car in to be diagnosed with a chassis problem, they managed to find the issue. I was told the part wasn't in and they ring me next week, never got a call back. I had to chase, got told I'd get a call back, it's been another week.

While the actual service of the car was fine, the car incurred damage to the paintwork/ light. Either in the workshop or when was being cleaned. Obviously this not acceptable. I have never experienced this before when having other cars serviced.
